100 Ways to Celebrate Julia Child’s 100th Birthday

“Drama is very important in life: You have to come on with a bang. You never want to go out with a whimper. Everything can have drama if it’s done right. Even a pancake.” — Julia Child

How much do I adore Julia Child? For her influence on thousands of home chefs like myself, I am forever grateful that she fell in love with French food and decided to stick with her tremendous passion for cooking.

With the milestone birthday upon us, I thought there might be no better way to celebrate the dear lady’s 100th birthday than to compile a list of 100 ways to remember her by.

Thank you so much for all the great links. I’m going to try to only read a few a day so I can savor the experience. She was the first; she was the best; she is still the standard that noone has equalled.
